The Imani Group is an organization based in Nairobi Kenya, whose purpose of existence is to empower women and help them find a place in the world.
The group consists of 3 primary verticals, each with a specific purpose to help achieve the group’s overall goal
The Imani Group reached out to BlackSail to build the group and sub-brand’s identity systems.
INSIGHT
We conducted multiple discovery sessions and workshops to fully understand the amazing work the group was doing for the women in Kenya. Imani in Swahili stands for Faith and Trust. A comforting message to the women that the group helps daily.
SOLUTION
We were moved by the dedication and the will to do good for others that was displayed by the team at Imani. Building on the unwavering promise to always help the women who needed it, we created a logo unit that reflected infinity.
